Five days provide more freedom to observe wildlife, explore different forest areas and experience the rainforest at a pace designed around your private group.
Day 1: Into the Rainforest
Meet your private guide and field team and prepare for the journey.
Begin trekking into the rainforest and spend the morning looking for signs of wildlife activity.
Stop for lunch before continuing deeper into the forest.
Reach the selected camp in the afternoon and settle in for your first rainforest night.
Overnight: Rainforest camp
Day 2: Deeper Rainforest Exploration
Wake up and enjoy breakfast at camp.
Continue through the rainforest while your guide looks for signs of orangutans and other wildlife.
The experience may include bird watching, flora interpretation, insects, reptiles, photography and learning about animal behaviour.
Stop for lunch before continuing toward a new camp location.
Overnight: Rainforest camp
Day 3: Wildlife & Rainforest Immersion
After breakfast, continue through the forest at a pace adapted to your group.
Spend time looking for wildlife activity and understanding the wider rainforest ecosystem.
Depending on the day, you may observe orangutans, other primates, birds, insects, reptiles, plants, animal tracks and feeding signs.
Stop for lunch and take time to rest.
During the afternoon, follow the conditions of the forest rather than a rigid timetable.
If there is something worth observing, your group can stay longer.
Continue toward another camp location.
Overnight: Rainforest camp
Day 4: Extended Field Experience
After breakfast, begin another full day of rainforest exploration.
The experience can be adapted around your interests.
Wildlife enthusiasts may spend more time tracking and observing.
Photographers can wait longer in suitable areas.
Families can move at a gentler pace.
Adventure travellers may choose a more demanding route where conditions allow.
Stop for lunch before continuing through selected areas of the forest.
Later in the afternoon, arrive at the final camp.
Enjoy your last full night deep inside the rainforest.

Day 5: Final Rainforest Morning & River Return
Wake up for your final morning in the forest.
After breakfast, enjoy one last period of exploration.
This may include wildlife observation, orangutan tracking, photography and flora and fauna interpretation.
Begin the return journey and stop for your final lunch inside the rainforest.
Continue toward the selected river exit.
Depending on trekking progress, weather, river conditions and safety, begin the Jungle Taxi journey back toward Bukit Lawang during the afternoon.
Arrive back in the village and complete your private rainforest journey.
